Parker Wornall is an educated country boy with a heart for service. He founded Wornall & Blair with a vision to create a different kind of law firm; one that blends sophisticated legal counsel with genuine human connection. As a seasoned business and real estate lawyer in Louisville, Parker focuses on guiding entrepreneurs, tradesmen, and families through the complexities of business planning and management, succession and estate planning, and litigation. His approach is defined by a unique ability to “bring the temperature down,” providing calm, strategic counsel in even the most challenging situations. For all clients, Parker aims to provide services through the lens of wisdom, stewardship, integrity, and prudence. Parker’s philosophy for his practice is not only to be your attorney, but your counsel for life. A portion of all proceeds go to support The Wornall Foundation (501(c)(3) certified) – Parker’s calling and purpose beyond the law to utilize his family farm in Paris, Kentucky to provide social assistance to those in need, particularly among immigrant communities. David Cooper focuses his practice on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), intellectual property and high-stakes business transactions.
Previously, David was a partner at Roth & Cooper, P.S.C.; a partner at Goldberg Simpson LLC; served as a senior counsel at Louisville Gas & Electric Company (PPL Corporation); and since 2012 has been a sole practitioner as the Law Office of David H. Cooper.
Earlier in his career, David owned and operated seven businesses (wholesale distribution; industrial construction; specialty manufacturing; and steel fabrication). As an entrepreneur, he has participated in a wide variety of investments and ventures. His experience as a successful business owner and in-house counsel allows him to offer practical and strategic insights to help clients maximize value and minimize risk.
